How do I sign in to my account?

Select Account from the menu at the top of any page, then Sign In from the sub menu. Enter your user name and password.

If you can’t sign in, check your browser’s security settings. Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled 3rd-party cookies. Either change your settings or use another browser.

How do I reset my password?

Select Reset password when you sign in to your account, then enter your email address to proceed.

How do I check and manage my account?

After you have signed in to your account, select Account from the menu at the top of any page.

Where can I find my payment receipt?

After you have signed in to your account, select Account from the menu, select Profile, then Orders at the bottom left corner.

How do I upgrade to the Plus plan?

After you have signed in to your account, select Account from the menu, select Subscriptions, then Change plan. You’ll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.

How do I cancel my subscription?

After you have signed in to your account, select Account from the menu, then toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions tab.
